Cancellation & Refund Policy for WeDriveIndiaTour:

At WeDriveIndiaTour, we understand that travel plans can sometimes change unexpectedly. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair to our customers while also considering the costs and efforts involved in organizing tours. Please take a moment to read and understand our policy:

1. Cancellation by the Customer:

   • Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the tour start date will be eligible for a full refund.
   • Cancellations made between 15 to 29 days before the tour start date will receive a 50% refund of the total tour cost.
   • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour start date will not be eligible for any refund.

2. No-shows:

   • If you fail to join the tour on the specified start date without prior notice or if you arrive late and miss the departure, no refund will be provided.

3. Cancellation by WeDriveIndiaTour:

   • In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund of the tour cost or offer an alternative tour date, as per your preference.

4. Change of Tour Date:

   • If you wish to change the tour date, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Changes made 15 days or more before the original tour start date will not incur any additional charges. However, for changes made within 15 days of the original tour start date, additional charges may apply.

5. Refund Processing:

   • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days after receiving a cancellation request. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the booking.

6. Unused Services:

   • WeDriveIndiaTour will not provide any refund or compensation for unused services or portions of the tour once it has commenced.

7. Travel Insurance:

   • We strongly recommend that all customers have comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events that may lead to cancellations or changes in travel plans.

Please note that any third-party costs, such as hotel reservations, flight tickets, or other services, are subject to the cancellation policies of those providers and are beyond the scope of WeDriveIndiaTour’s refund policy.
